Reporting period and boundary

This Report is focused on the reporting period 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020, which is consistent with the annual reporting cycle followed for 2019. The Report covers the financial and operational aspects of the Saudi Tadawul Group, formerly known as the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) mainly, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), the Securities Clearing Center Company (Maqassa) and the Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company (Wamid), while the financials are consolidated with those of Edaa and Muqassa. The Report has been issued in both Arabic and English and in the event of any discrepancy the Arabic version shall prevail.
